At KORAS, every product is crafted with elegance, premium fabrics, and attention to detail. We want every purchase to bring you confidence — and to ensure clarity, we maintain a simple and fair Return & Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their parcel.

Exchanges are available for:

Size issues (subject to stock availability)

Product change for another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer)

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

 • An additional delivery charge will be added for an exchange delivery parcel.

No Refund Policy

Once a purchase is completed and the customer receives the parcel, KORAS does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We encourage you to review product details, sizing, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Parcel Return at Delivery

If you wish to refuse or return an item, it must be done at the time of delivery, directly in front of the delivery personnel.

Once a parcel has been accepted, it cannot be returned later.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

Innerwear or undergarments

Customized or limited-edition products

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact our Customer Support (phone, WhatsApp, or email) within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number and exchange request.

3. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for the exchange delivery.
